Sorry for hanging up too long…Been really busy.
Below is my test board DIY soldering station video. Will update about it later. Meanwhile, check it out! I think it’s totally usable. And even without any special control theory, the output temperature is controlled pretty close to the required temperature. (1-2°C).

hello, it is interesting explanation of the project, but as you implement the PID for temperature control

Currently I’m working on version 2 of its firmware.
I will explain everything in my code including PID control for the heat.
But really because the iron response really fast to heat change, I don’t see the need to apply pid. For learning purpose I will still do it 😀

con fet mình thay con khác được không bạn. Dung eagle mở không được bạn ơi.

Con mosfet bạn hoàn toàn có thể thay thế được nha. Nhưng phải là logic level, tức là kích mở hoàn toàn ở mức 5V tại cực G. Vậy mới không nóng fet khi hoạt động.
Mosfet loại nhỏ này mình mua ở nhật tảo nhiều lắm mà.
Về mạch thì mình không dùng eagle mà dùng phần mềm nguồn mở Kicad. Bạn tải miễn phí trên trang chủ Kicad.org nhé.
